Park Elementary PTSA - Structure
The Glacier Park
PTSA utilizes an organization structure that consists of the
following:
1) Executive Team
2) Chairs
3) Vice Chairs
4) Volunteers
5) General Members |

The
Executive Team is elected by the General Members to
serve a one year term. During the course of the year they each
are able to vote on PTSA matters during Board meetings. The
Executive Team consists of the following:
1) President or Co - Presidents
2) Vice President or Co - Vice Presidents
3) Treasurer
4) Secretary
5) Cashier
The Chairs are volunteers who are selected by the
Executive Team to serve a one year term. They are each
responsible to coordinate the business of the PTSA in their
respective areas. During the course of the year they each are
able to vote on PTSA matters during Board meetings. The Chairs
are as follows:
1) Membership
2) Activities & Hospitality
3) Recognition & Booster
4) Humanities
The Vice Chairs are volunteers who serve a one
year term coordinating the business of the PTSA in their
respective areas. Although the Vice Chairs do not vote during
Board meetings their involvement and input are very important to
the Board.
Volunteers are the heart and soul of our
membership. Without their time, commitment, and effort the PTSA
would be unable to fulfill our objectives in supporting Glacier
Park Elementary.
The General Membership includes all individuals
and families who have joined the Glacier Park PTSA for the
school year. All members of the Glacier Park PTSA are able and
encouraged to vote on PTSA business during our General Meetings. |
